Volunteer for the 2028 Rotary International Convention in Minneapolis and attend District 6000 Day of Fun!

The Host Organization Committee thanks you for your consideration!

DGE Gretchen Nollman is excited to share the opportunity to volunteer at the 2028 Rotary International Convention and attend our District 6000 Day of Fun.
“As the District Governor-Elect for District 6000, I couldn’t be more excited that our district will also be serving on the 2028 Rotary International Convention Host Organizing Committee. This is an incredible opportunity to welcome Rotarians from around the world to our region and showcase the hospitality and service that make Rotary so special.” - DGE Gretchen Nollman
I hope many of our District 6000 Rotarians will consider volunteering. Many of the volunteer roles are a light lift—welcoming attendees at Host Organizing Committee tables, assisting with registration, helping members with the convention app, and more. Every volunteer will play an important part in creating an unforgettable convention experience.
📅 Volunteer Dates: May 26–31, 2028
🎉 Don’t forget! May 26 is also our District 6000 Day of Fun, so you’ll want to plan to be there early and enjoy this special event before Convention activities begin. It’s going to be an amazing way to kick off an unforgettable week!
📧 Interested in volunteering? Email your name, email address, and Rotary club name to ri2028volunteer@gmail.com to be added to the volunteer interest list and receive updates as plans develop.
🎟️ Please note: Volunteers who wish to attend Convention sessions will need to register for the Convention. Registration opens in June 2027.
"I can’t wait to be there, serving alongside so many fellow District 6000 Rotarians. I hope you’ll join me as we help welcome the world to Minneapolis in 2028 and create memories that will last a lifetime!" DGE Gretchen Nollman
