Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a facilitated program, not lecturing, that engages members to actively participate to learn and grow in their understanding of Rotary fundamentals. By participating in RLI members will become more effective and knowledgeable leaders in their Rotary Clubs.

RLI is not a repeat of other training available through Rotary and is not position specific. Topics important to Rotary and Clubs such as Effective Service Projects, Membership Engagement, and understanding the Rotary Foundation are explored. You will discuss real challenges and exchange ideas. The curriculum is designed using the learning spiral with sessions building on previous topics and experiences. RLI consists of 3 separate day educational sessions and we recommend completing parts 1, 2 and 3 in sequential order.

Rotary Club leaders are asked to share this opportunity with its members and encourage them to register. The cost to attend each session is $85 which includes course materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Ask club leadership to invest in their member development by covering the cost to attend each session.
