That is the Rotary Leadership Institute experience!
This is a facilitated program, not lecturing, that engages members to actively participate to learn and grow in their understanding of Rotary fundamentals. RLI is not a repeat of other programming available through Rotary and is not position specific. The curriculum is designed using the learning spiral with sessions building on previous topics and experiences and is offered is 3 separate day sessions. We recommend completing parts 1-3 in order, each costs $85 and includes materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Ask your club to consider paying your fee.
